Alleged Nubia Z18 Appears on TENAA with Full Specifications, Images Reveal Essential-Like Notch

Judging from the previous release patterns of Nubia Z series of smartphones, the company is likely to debut the Nubia Z18 phone since it has already launched the Nubia Z18 Mini phone. Last year, the Nubia Z17 Mini was launched in April followed by the arrival of Z17 flagship phone in June. Now that the Z18 Mini was launched earlier in this month, it is speculated that the arrival of Z18 flagship phone could be close at hand. Previous reports have claimed that the Z18 has a model number of NX606J. The same model has now received certification from TENAA regulatory body in China.

Nubia Z18 TENAA

The TENAA listing of the Nubia NX606J phone has revealed that it measures 148.58 x 72.54 x 8.55mm and it has a weight of 172 grams. It features a 5.99-inch display that produces FHD+ resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. The handset is fueled by 3,350mAh battery. The Snapdragon 845 powers the 8 GB and 6 GB RAM variants of the phone that respectively feature 64 GB and 128 GB storage. It will come loaded with Android 8.0 Oreo. It is equipped with 8-megapixel + 24-megapixel dual camera setup and a frontal camera of 8-mgeapixel. The handset does not seem to feature a microSD card slot.

The TENAA images of the Z18 reveals that it will be featuring a round-shaped notch like the Essential Phone and super-slim side bezels. The images that has surfaced on TENAA resembles with the leaked render of the Nubia Z18 that had surfaced around two months ago.

Nubia Z18 Design

The device seems to feature a metal and glass combination chassis. It could feature an IP68 rated body like the predecessor Nubia phone. The rear panel houses a fingerprint scanner.
