Alleged Redmi K20 renders leaked; will be announced on May 28th

After rampaging through the rumor mills for the past few weeks, it has now been confirmed that the highly anticipated Xiaomi Redmi K20 will be officially announced in China on May 28th next week.

An alleged render of the Redmi K20 has also been leaked earlier today, revealing a triple-camera setup on its rear chassis. From the render, we could see that the device will be featuring an edge-to-edge full screen display and will be coming with a motorized pop-up selfie cam which is currently trending in today’s smartphone market.

Last week, the some of the Redmi K20’s key specs were leaked – claiming that the device will be arriving with a 6.39-inch OLED screen twhich has a 1080 x 2340 pixels screen resolution as well as a 19.5:9 tall aspect ratio.

Under the hood, the device is expected to be driven by a Snapdragon 855 SoC, and will have a triple-camera setup at the back comprising of a 48MP+13MP+8MP sensors. The pop-up selfie cam will be carrying a decent 20 megapixels sensor as well.
