Vivo is reportedly working on a NEX branded smartphone. The Chinese manufacture is yet to confirm on the existence of the smartphone. However, a leaked photo of the phone has surfaced in the recent past to reveal its front and rear design. Moreover, the real handset was showcased in an unboxing video. However, the video was not clearly visible in the video. Today, a Chinese video blogger has shared a new video which shows him holding the mysterious Vivo phone. Yet again, the smartphone has been intentionally shown unclearly in the new video. Nevertheless, it does reveal the key features of the smartphone. Rumors have it that the mysterious Vivo phone may get announced as Vivo NEX 2.
The alleged Vivo NEX 2 is equipped with dual displays, one of them is placed on the front while the other one is on the back. In the above video, the rumored Vivo NEX 2 can be seen sporting a round-shaped RBG light on the rear side. The semi portion of the circle seems to be housing the dual camera sensors and the remaining half of the circle seems to be placed on the second display. There is another camera sensor which is placed outside the RGB-lit circle on the right. It could be the ToF lens for 3D sensing.
The front side of the phone is entirely occupied by the main display. The secondary display on the rear can function as viewfinder for shooting selfie shots. Rumors are rife that the handset will be unleashed in December.
