The Honor 9X Pro has recently received certification from Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). The handset is expected to arrive as the successor of the Honor 8X Max handset from last year. The Chinese firm will be also launching the Honor 9X phone with weaker specs alongside it. A Chinese tipster has shared some key specs of the Honor 9X Pro smartphone along its variants and pricing.
According to the tipster, the Honor 9X Pro will be arriving with the all new Kirin 810 chipset. The new SoC will be replacing the Kirin 710 and it is expected to power the forthcoming mid-range phones from the company. Coming back to Honor 9X Pro leak, it is expected to feature a quad camera setup with 48-megapixel Sony IMX582 primary sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro. For shooting selfies, it may sport a front camera of 25-megapixel. The handset is expected to come with a 4,000mAh battery with support for 20W fast charging.
The Honor 9X Pro may release in three models in China such as 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. These models are respectively priced at 1,899 Yuan, 2,199 Yuan and 2,499 Yuan. The other details of the phone are currently under the wraps. The 9X Pro is expected to arrive as the second phone powered by Kirin 810 chipset. The first one could be one of the upcoming phones from the Nova 5 series.
