Honor is now gearing up for the launch of Honor V20 smartphone. Recently, it had confirmed that the smartphone would be arriving with a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor and the all new Link Turbo technology. The smartphone is scheduled to go official in the home country on Dec. 26. With around 15 days remaining for the launch, Honor has in collaboration with Jingdong Mall has started receiving reservations for the Honor V20 on the retailer site.
As it can be seen in the screenshot below, Honor V20 is for registrations on JD with a price tag of 9,998 which is not the actual price. Rumors have it that the handset could be arriving with a price tag of 2,799 Yuan for the base model. The JD listing of the smartphone does not contain any information on its specifications.
The smartphone will be arriving with an in-screen hole for the front-facing camera. The Kirin 980 chipset will be powering the smartphone. It will be loaded with Android 9 Pie OS and it will carry support for 22.5W fast charging.
Honor has confirmed that it will be launching the Honor View 20 on Jan. 22. It is nothing but the international version of the Honor V20. Honor’s parent brand Huawei will be announcing the Huawei Nova 4 smartphone on Dec. 17 in China.
