Huawei will be launching the MediaPad M6 flagship tablet on June 21. On the very same date, the company will be also unleashing the Nova 5 series of smartphones. Some renders of the MediaPad M6 have surfaced to revel more information on it.
The renders shows that the MediaPad M6 will be featuring a single camera along with an LED flash on its rear. The body of the slate seems to be made out of aluminum. The bottom edge of the device seems to feature dual speaker grilles. Since the MediaPad M5 came with four speakers, the MediaPad M6 could be also equipped with additional speakers. The speaker system to be powered by Dolby Atmos. There is a pogo-pin connector on the device that will allow users to connect a keyboard to it.
Along the edges of the Huawei MediaPad M6 are volume buttons, a power key, a USB-C port, a microSD card slot and a 3.5mm audio jack. The latter was not available on the predecessor model. Leaked information reveals MediaPad M6 will have a 10.7-inch LCD display that will support 2K resolution along with Dolby Vision. The Kirin 980 chipset will be powering the tablet. Its rear camera could be of 13-megapixel and an 8-megapixel snapper could be present on its front. It is expected to carry support for M-Pen stylus. The slate may include a 7,500mAh battery.
