Apart from launching the Huawei Nova 5, Nova 5 Pro and Nova 5i smartphones in China, Huawei also unveiled the MediaPad M6 tablet with flagship specs. The M6 tablet comes in two screen sizes of 10.8 inches and 8.4 inches. Both are powered by Kirin 980 chipset and big batteries.

The Huawei MediaPad M6 10.8 and 8.4 tablets carry support for Quad HD resolution. The Kirin 980 chipset on both devices are support by 4 GB of RAM. They come with native storage of up to 64 GB. They are equipped with a microSD card slot. The Android 9 Pie OS with EMUI 9.1 OS comes preloaded on both devices.
The MediaPad M6 models have 13-megapixel rear-facing cameras and a frontal shooter of 8-megapixel. Both devices are equipped with quad speakers for immersive audio experience. The MediaPad M6 10.8 and 8.4 models respectively feature 7,500mAh and 6,100mAh batteries that carry support for 18W rapid charging. The 10.8-inch model has a pogo-pin connector for connecting a keyboard. It also supports M-Pen stylus.

The 64 GB and 128 GB storage editions of the 8.4-inch MediaPad M6 are priced at 1,999 Yuan and 2,399 Yuan. Its 64 GB and 128 GB LTE variant respectively cost 2,399 Yuan and 2,699 Yuan.
The 64 GB and 128 GB storage variants of the 10.8-inch MediaPad M6 respectively cost 2,299 Yuan and 2,699 Yuan. Their LTE editions are respectively priced at 2,699 Yuan and 3,499 Yuan. Champagne Gold and Silver Ash are the two color variants of the MediaPad M6. Huawei will receive pre-sales of the tablet on July 10 and its shipments will begin on July 20.
