The Huawei Nova 2s is launching on Dec. 7. However, the rumor mill has been consistently leaked images to reveal the appearance of the phone. The new images of the Nova 2s suggests that it resembles with the recently unveiled Honor V10 flagship phone.
The Honor V10 has a metallic body, but the Nova 2s seems to feature metal and glass combination body. Another differing feature is the presence of dual front-facing cameras. However, like the Honor V10, the Nova 2s features a full screen design, a front-mounted fingerprint scanner and dual rear cameras. The bottom edge of the phone features a 3.5mm audio jack, a USB-C port and a speaker grille. Apart from the black, silver and blue color options shown in one of the images here, the Nova 2s is also speculated to arrive in red and pink options.
As far as specs are concerned, the Nova 2s is likely to feature a 6-inch 18:9 display. It will be powered by a downscaled Kirin 960 chipset. The frontside of the phone is expected to feature dual 20-megapixel selfie snappers and the back panel is expected to feature 16-megapixel + 20-megapixel dual cameras. It may include a 3,340mAh battery.
The Nova 2s with 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM + 128 storage are rumored to be respectively priced at 2,599 Yuan (~$392) and 2,999 Yuan (~$453). It is speculated to be available for buying from Dec. 12.
