Last year, Huawei had launched the Nova 3 smartphone in July. Fresh information reveals that the Chinese firm could be now working on the Nova 5 smartphone. Case images of the Nova 5 phone has appeared on Weibo to reveal its design. Also, some of the key features of the phone is also now doing rounds on the Chinese microblogging site.
The case images of the upcoming Huawei Nova 5 reveal the presence of a large vertical cutout that could be housing triple rear cameras. An additional cutout that appears next to the third sensor probably belongs to LED flash. There seems to be a cutout for a microphone on the topside of the device. The bottom edge of the phone has cutouts for 3.5mm audio jack, a USB-C port and an external speaker. The smartphone will be equipped with an in-screen fingerprint reader.
According to another leakster, the upcoming Nova smartphone will be arriving with P30 Pro’s 40W fast charging and triple cameras from P30. Also, based on the information shared by XDA Editor-in-Chief Mishaal Rahman, the P30 Pro could be codenamed as SEA-AL10, SEA-TL10. It is expected to come with 6.39-inch display that offers 1080 x 2340 pixels, a 3,500mAh battery, a 25-megapixel Sony IMX576 front-facing camera and a triple camera setup with 12.2-megapixel, 48-megapixel IMX586 and ToF IMX316 sensors.
