Last week, Vivo’s gaming wing iQOO had released a poster to confirm that its next phone will be called iQOO Pro 5G. It will be debuting as Vivo’s first phone with 5G support and it will be advanced version of the iQOO gaming phone that was made official in August. The Chinese firm is yet to confirm on the launch date of the smartphone. At the ongoing ChinaJoy 2019 gaming and digital entertainment tech expo, the iQOO Pro 5G phone in the hands of iQOO Product Manager was spotted in real.
The above image shows that the iQOO Pro 5G features a dark green colored glass rear. It has 5G mentioned alongside iQOO brand at the bottom-left corner, but it is not clearly visible in the image. The image of the phone resembles with the official render of the phone that was teased by the company last week.
So far, it is known that the iQOO Pro 5G will be fueled by Snapdragon 855+ chipset and through its 3C certification it has been found it will be equipped with 44W fast charging. The photos of the phone reveal that it features a triple camera setup on its rear and in-screen fingerprint scanner.
The iQOO Pro 5G being an advanced model may borrow most of its specs from the regular iQOO gaming phone. The smartphone is expected to be available for purchase in this month in China.
