Meizu X2 schematic designs have been leaked, reaffirms secondary display

Shortly after the Meizu Pro 7 went official last week, another Meizu smartphone with a secondary display had been circulated as well – hinting that the Pro 7 will not be the only handset from the company to sports a rear display. This mysterious smartphone according to reports, is dubbed as the Meizu X2.

Today, the same device has been spotted in another round of leaks, this time round is its alleged schematic design. The leaked schematic design once again, reaffirms that the Meizu X2 will be featuring a circular secondary screen at the back which unlike the Pro 7, it will only display simple widgets like clock and battery capacity. Similarly, this purported mid-ranger will be coming with a single camera sensor on its main snapper which is accompanies by a circle-shaped LED flash on its right.

At the base of the device, it houses a lightning port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, as well as what seems to be a speaker grille on its left. Located at the left-flank is none other than the Power button as well as the Volume control button. That’s pretty much all the details we could sieve out from this latest pair of leaked schematics.

If rumors are true, then we can expect the upcoming Meizu X2 to be powered by Mediatek’s Helio P25 SoC – the same SoC found in the newly announced Pro 7. Since the X2 is slated to succeed the current Meizu X, we could foresee its unveiling date to be set somewhere during November this year.
