More than 10 million units had been sold for the Redmi Note 7 series

Ever since the Redmi Note 7 was announced back in January this year, the device had been one of the most highly sought after mid-ranger smartphone within the Chinese market. In February, the company announced an upgraded Redmi Note 7 Pro which had proven to be another successful launch after Xiaomi revealed that a total of 4 million smartphones in the Redmi Note 7 series had been sold back in March 29th.

Earlier this morning, Xiaomi has declared a new milestone for their Redmi Note 7 series. According to them, the company has officially sold over 10 millions units of smartphones for their Redmi Note 7 series within a short span of 129 days. If you do the math, this equates to more than 2 million Redmi Note 7 smartphone being sold each month on average.

Needless to say, the success of the Redmi Note 7 series rooted from its incredible sales figure within the Chinese and Indian market whereby the sales figure of this 2 markets makeup half or perhaps more than half of the 10 million mark. Right now, the Chinese smartphone maker is ready to ride on another wave of success as they prepare for the launch of their Redmi K20 series which is known to be a “flagship killer” series.
