An alleged Moto Z (2017) sitting on a gamepad Moto Mod has surfaced from the recent Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 event. The Moto Z (2017) shown in the image resembles with the leaked photo that we reported yesterday.
Like this Moto Z (2017) image, the newer photo shows the present of an oval shaped fingerprint scanner instead of square shaped one present on the original Moto Z. Above the fingerprint scanner is the “moto” logo and the top bezel seems to feature a dual-tone flash for the frontal camera.
During MWC 2017, Sprint had showcased its Gigabit LTE service technology through an unknown Motorola phone running on Snapdragon 835 and it also featured Snapdragon X16 LTE modem.
The top and bottom bezels of the mysterious Motorola phone that was used by Sprint at MWC were covered. The official press release from the carrier revealed the Gigabit LTE service was tested on a flagship smartphone. Hence, it seems that the mysterious Motorola smartphone may be the Moto Z (2017.
The Moto Z (2017) is expected to arrive with 4 GB of RAM, Android 7.1.1 Nougat, and improved camera for low light photography. It is expected to get announced in June this year.
