In February, HMD Global had announced the Nokia 9 PureView as the world’s first smartphone with five camera sensors. All the lenses are placed inside a round-shaped camera module on the phone. A mysterious smartphone dubbed as Nokia Daredevil has appeared in leaked images. Moreover, the images of the phone have also revealed its key specifications.
The official name of the smartphone is not known, but its meta info reveals that it is called Nokia Daredevil. It could be the codenamed of the device. The handset has a model number of TA-1198. The images reveal that the Nokia Daredevil features a waterdrop-style notch screen. The handset runs on stock version of Android Pie OS.
The rear side of the phone is made out of glass. The circular module on its rear has three camera lenses and an LED flash. Below it is a fingerprint scanner. The leaked images have also revealed that the smartphone is equipped with a dedicated button for accessing Google Assistant and it also features a USB-C port.
Also, some snapshots that show a benchmarking app running on the device confirm that it is powered by Snapdragon 660 chipset, 48-megapixel triple camera, full HD+ resolution and 3,500mAh battery.
The exact identity of the Nokia Daredevil is currently under the wraps. The rumor mill is speculating that it could be the Nokia 5.2 or Nokia 6.2 smartphone.
