Android Rumors Leaked News Nokia

Nokia 8 Could be the First Non-Google Phone to Come Preinstalled with Android 8.0

Last year, the LG V20 was the first non-Google phone to come preloaded with Android 7.0 Nougat OS. A new leak suggest that Nokia 8 could be this year’s first smartphone to arrive preloaded with Android 8.0.

On Geekbench, a device labelled as Unknown Heart has appeared once again with flagship specs. It could possibly be the Nokia 8 as it is fueled by Snapdragon 835 chipset and 4 GB of RAM. And, it is running on Android 8.0.0. The only handset that has been previously spotted with Android 8.0 on Geekbench is the Google Pixel XL 2.

Tech pundit David Ruddock has consistently claimed that the Android O would be officially released in the first or second week of this month. And Nokia is slated to get unveiled on Aug. 16. Hence, it may so happen that the Nokia 8 may arrive preloaded with the latest edition of Android.

The Nokia 8 is expected to come with a 5.3-inch QHD display and may also be available in 6 GB RAM version. It may feature a native storage of 64 GB. A ZEISS branded dual rear cameras of 13-megapixel is expected to be placed on the backside of the phone. A 3,000mAh battery is expected to power the handset.
