Nokia A1 Plus Snapdragon Driven Flagship With Under Display Fingerprint Scanner to Launch at IFA 2018

HMD Global had launched new phones like Nokia 3310 4G, Nokia 8110 4G, Nokia 8 Sirocco, Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 1 in February through the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018. Later, it had also announced the Nokia X6, Nokia 5.1, Nokia 3.1 and Nokia 2.1 smartphones. It seems the Finnish firm may launch some more phones this year. Among them could be the rumored Nokia A1 Plus smartphone, claims popular leakster Roland Quandt.

The rumor mill had been claiming that the Nokia 9 could be the upcoming flagship phone from the company. Fresh information reveals that the Nokia A1 Plus could be nothing but the Nokia 9. Quandt has claimed that the Snapdragon 845 will be present under the hood of the Nokia A1 Plus. Also, it is speculated to arrive with in-display fingerprint reader. The handset is expected to arrive with an OLED screen made by LG Display. It is likely to arrive with Android P preinstalled.

The Finnish firm is reportedly encountering problems with the camera setup, because of which the company had to cancel it mid-year launch. However, it is now speculated to get unveiled in August or September. Probably, it may get unveiled through the IFA 2018 event. Rumors surrounding the Nokia 9 had claimed that it may feature a triple camera setup. The new report on Nokia A1 Plus does not contain any information o its camera configuration.
