Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Launched with Snapdragon 855 SoC

Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Tab S6 tablet with flagship specifications. It is the first tablet to launch with Snapdragon 855 chipset. It has also become first device in the tablet world to feature a dual camera setup. Another first from the Tab S6 is that it is equipped with in-display fingerprint scanner

Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 features a metal bodied that features a groove on its back for the S-Pen stylus through which it can be charged wirelessly. The latter comes with a novel feature that enables user to navigate on the device without touching its screen. The device is fitted with a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display that offers quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. It offers 16:10 aspect ratio. For immersive audio experience, the tablet is equipped with four speakers that are tuned by AKG and Dolby Atmos.

The Snapdragon 855 chipset powers the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage models of the Galaxy Tab S6. It is packed with a 7,040mAh battery. The dual camera setup of the device includes a 13-megapixel primary lens and aa 123-degree ultrawide secondary lens. It has a front-facing camera of 8-megapixel. For desktop PC experience, it supports Samsung DeX. Users can connect a keyboard to the device through its pogo-pins for better productivity.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 comes in three attractive colors like Mountain Gray, Blush Rose and Could Blue. The 6 GB RAM and 8 GB RAM editions of the Tab S6 are respectively priced at $649 and $729.
