Yesterday, Vivo had already confirmed that their upcoming Snapdragon 845-driven Vivo iQOO Neo gaming smartphone will be announced on July 2nd – the same day as the unveiling of Xiaomi’s new CC series.
Right now, the official renders of the Vivo iQOO Neo had already been published on the web, showing off a seemingly similar design as the current Vivo iQOO except for some minor tweaks and an additional new color option. As seen above, the device will arrive in two color options with one sporting a Purplish-Blue gradient and another with a Black hue which looks similar to the Samurai Black version of the iQOO.
If you pay attention to its rear chassis, you will discover that the LED flash of the upcoming iQOO Neo has been placed within the triple-camera module. This is unlike the case of the current iQOO whose LED flash sits right below the camera compartment.
According to reports, the iQOO Neo is expected to arrive with an affordable price tag as it is the underlying reason why the Chinese smartphone maker has decided to utilize the Snapdragon 845 SoC in order to provide a superior gaming experience for its users while at the same time, keeping it affordable.
Given that the ASUS ROG Phone 2 may be announced on the same month, it will really be a tough decision for those who’re planning to purchase their next gaming smartphone.
