Vivo iQOO Pro 5G Confirmed to Arrive with Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC

Vivo will debut their first ever smartphone dubbed as the iQOO Pro 5G on August 22nd later this month.

This highly anticipated smartphone has been confirmed to arrive with a Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC – making it one of the first few devices in the market to sport this powerful SoC.

In their latest teaser, it was quoted with a rhetorical question “It’s the same Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC, why are some of them fast and others even faster?”

This is an obvious hint that the upcoming iQOO Pro 5G could arrive with some software and internal tweaks which could help the device to achieve a snappier performance.

Previously, iQOO’s Vice President Feng Yufei had also been quoted saying that the iQOO Pro 5G will be coming improvement performance, better cameras, enhanced battery life, better gaming experience and impressive sound quality.

Similar to the current Vivo iQOO, the new iQOO Pro 5G will also be a gaming-centric handset which will feature special hardware to boost gaming performance for the users.
