Vivo India has confirmed that the Vivo V9 smartphone will be made official on March 23, a day after it will be announced in Thailand. The Vivo V9 has been already listed on the official online store of Vivo India. The Vivo V9 on official site has revealed its entire specifications, features and images.
As it can be seen in the images of the Vivo V9, the handset will be featuring a notched display design that reminds us of the iPhone X. Like Apple’s first OLED iPhone, the Vivo V9 features a vertical dual camera setup on the top-left corner of the back panel.
According to the official site, the Vivo V9 has a 6.3-inch display that supports FHD+ resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:9. It is powered by Snapdragon 626 chipset, 4 GB of RAM and 3,260mAh battery. It has a dedicated microSD card slot apart from 64 GB inbuilt storage. It will come loaded with FunTouch OS 4.0-flavored Android 8.1 Oreo. For snapping selfies, it includes a 24-megapixel selfie camera whereas the rear side includes 16-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup. For security, it includes features like facial recognition and rear-mounted fingerprint reader. It will be available in Pearl Black and Gold color options.
