Xiaomi Mi6 rumored to be unveiled in April next year

Earlier today, renowned Chinese leaker @Reviewer_xiaokang has dropped a bombshell on his Weibo account that the upcoming Xiaomi Mi6 will be set for an April unveiling date next year. This is despite an earlier leaked invite for the Mi6 launch event which hints on a February launch but was touted to be a work of Photoshop.

Besides that, he also claimed that the highly anticipated Mi6 will be featuring Xiaomi’s new fast charging technology and will be coming with a dual-camera setup at the back of the device this time round.

On the same post, he also hinted that the Meizu MX7’s unveiling date could be close to the Mi6 as well while adding on that the MX7 will be having a dual-curved display which is powered by the new Helio X30 SoC. Akin to the Xiaomi Mi6, the device will also be touting a dual-camera setup as well.

Whatever it is, we are still rather far away from their debut so we do expect some changes to be made here and there so do take these rumors with a pinch of salt.
