Honor 8X and Honor 8X Max smartphones were unveiled today in China. Both phones are fitted with massive screens and they are also packed with huge batteries. Also, these phones have arrived with enticing pricing.
Honor 8X and Honor 8X Max Specifications, Features and Pricing
The Honor 8X and Honor 8X Max smartphones respectively feature 6.5-inch and 7.12-inch IPS LCD screens. The 8X has a regular notch whereas the 8X Max is equipped with a waterdrop notch. The 8X has 3,750mAh battery whereas 8X Max has 5,000mAh battery. The Kirin 710 is present under the hood of the Honor 8X. The Snapdragon 636 chipset powers the 8X Max.
The 20-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual rear camera system are available on the Honor 8X and it has a front-facing camera of 16-megapixel. On the other side, the Honor 8X Max has 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera setup and a front-facing shooter of 8-megapixel. Both the smartphones are preinstalled with Android 8.1 Oreo OS flavored with EMUI 8.2.

The aforementioned models are powered by Snapdragon 636. The company will be selling another Snapdragon 660 variant of the Honor 8X Max featuring 64 GB storage + 4 GB RAM. The pricing of the SD660 variant is yet to be confirmed.
The pre-orders of the Honor 8X Max have already started whereas the pre-sales of Honor 8X will rub between Sept. 6 and Sept. 10 in China. Its official sales will begin on Sept. 11 in the home country.
