Sharp Aquos zero2 has gone official as the successor for the original Aquos Zero phone that was unveiled at the beginning of this year. The Aquos zero2 is an impressive smartphone as it features a display that offers a refresh rate of 240Hz. It comes with Android 10 OS preinstalled and is powered by the Snapdragon 855 mobile platform.
Sharp Aquos zero2 Specifications and Features
The Aquos zero2 has a curved OLED display of 6.4 inches. It offers full HD+ resolution. It is the first phone from the company to come equipped with in-screen fingerprint scanner. It is a very lightweight device as it weighs only 143 grams. The smartphone comes with IPX5 / IPX8 / IP6X rated waterproof and dust resistant chassis.
The Snapdragon 855 mobile platform inside the Aquos zero2 is assisted by 8 GB of RAM. The device users with UFS 3.0 256 GB storage. The handset has a 3,130mAh battery. For capturing selfies, the front notch of the phone holds an 8-megapixel selfie snapper. The vertical dual camera setup has a 12-megapixel primary lens with f/1.7 aperture and a 20-megapixel ultrawide sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
Sharp has not confirmed the pricing of the Aquos zero 2. The handset will go on sale in December this year. Astro Black and Misty White are the two color editions of the Aquos zero2.
