When Qualcomm had announced the Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset in July, Realme was one of the first companies to confirm that it will be also launch a SD855+ powered phone. However, no fresh information has appeared on Realme’s SD855+ driven phone. It appears that Realme will be launching a Snapdragon 855 powered smartphone in the near future as it has been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG’s database.
The Realme RMX1931 smartphone that has appeared on Bluetooth SIG features a 6.5-inch full HD resolution and it is 2.84GHz Qualcomm chipset which could be the Snapdragon 855 SoC. The 1,950mAh battery size stated in the listing could be incorrect. The dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, ColorOS 6.1 and fingerprint reader. It’s coming to India in the near future as the device has also received certification from Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
The RMX1993 is the other phone that has been spotted with Realme RMX1931. There is no information available on its specifications on the Bluetooth SIG. However, since the model number sounds similar to RMX1991 which belongs to the Realme X2, the Realme RMX1993 could be its country variant. This new model has also received approval from the Wi-Fi Alliance body.
