On October 23rd, Chinese smartphone maker Meizu is rumored to unveil the company’s first gaming-centric smartphone dubbed as the Meizu 16T. This device, with purported model number M928Q, has been recently certified by the Chinese TENAA authority.
Today, the same device has apparently popped up on AuTuTu – revealing a decent score of 418,909 points. The score is slightly lower than the recently announced Meizu 16s Pro, which has achieved an impressive score of 464,411 points on AnTuTu. The stark difference in their score owes to the fact that the Meizu 16s Pro is driven by the latest Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC, while the Meizu 16T on the other hand, runs on last year’s Snapdragon 855 SoC.
Besides revealing the benchmark performance of the Meizu 16T, AnTuTu has also confirmed that the device will be arriving with 2232 X 1080 pixels screen resolution for it’s front display, and will have 6GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage under the hood. The device will also be loaded with Android 9.0 OS out of the box.
Although AnTuTu didn’t reveal anything about it’s camera, but we’d already learned from it’s TENAA listing that the device will have a 12MP+8MP+5MP triple-camera setup, as well as a 16 megapixels selfie camera. Similarly, the device will come with a 4,400mAh battery with fast-charging support as well.
