After being the first market to launch the Realme C15 smartphone last month, Indonesia now is once again the first market to launch the highly-anticipated Realme C12.
In terms of specs, the Realme C12 is a slightly watered-down model of the Realme C15, with slightly toned-down cameras system and a lack of fast-charging support.
The device features a 6.53-inches HD+ display which employs a dewdrop-notch design to accommodate its 5 megapixels selfie cameras. It is accompanied by slim bezels along its sides which allows the device to achieve a high screen-to-body ratio.
Over at the back, there is a familiar squarish camera housing which resembles what we’d seen on the current Realme C11 and C15 smartphones. This housing will play host to a triple-cameras setup comprising of a 13 megapixels main camera, 2 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor. On top of that, it also has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner as well.
Just like the Realme C11 and C15, the new Realme C12 will also be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 chipset which will be paired with 3GB worth of RAM and 32GB onboard storage in the memory department. As usual, its storage capacity will also be further expandable via a microSD card.
To keep its light on, the Realme C12 will be fitted with a massive 6,000mAh battery at the helm which is capable of supporting hours of continuous usage. On the software-side, it will be shipped with the custom Realme UI based on Android 10.
In terms of pricing, the Realme C12 will be priced at 1,899,000 Rupiah (US$128) for its 3GB+32GB model.
