Huawei has quietly announced a new long-ranger smartphone known as the Huawei P Smart 2021 in several European markets where the device retails at around 200 Euros (US$233).
Starting with the front, the Huawei P Smart 2020 is built around a huge 6.67-inches LCD display with FHD+ screen resolution. It is in fact the first Huawei smartphone to come with a central hole-punch design.
On its rear side, the device maintains a rectangular camera housing for it’s quad camera system. These cameras include a 48 megapixels primary shooter, 8 megapixels Ultra wide lens, 2 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor. It’s camera department will be rounded up by an 8 megapixels selfie camera at the front.
Under the hood, there will be an octa-core Kirin 710A chipset sitting at the heart of the device. It will be paired with 4GB worth of RAM and 128GB onboard storage which could be further expanded by up to 512GB via a microSD card.
To keep ita light on, the device is fitted with a massive 5,000mAh battery with 22.5W Huawei’s SuperCharge charging support. Other than that, other notable features also include the presence of a 3.5mm headphone jack and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
As usual, the Huawei P Smart 2021 will be shipped with EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10 (AOSP version). For those who’re interested, it will be offered in a total of three color variants including Crush Green, Blush Gold, as well as Midnight Black.
