In January 2021, Motorola announced the Moto G Stylus (2021) handset. It arrived as a 4G phone powered by the Snapdragon 678 chipset. Fresh information reveals that the Lenovo-owned firm is gearing up to launch a 5G version of the Moto G Stylus. Nils Ahrensmeier from Technik News has shared two renders of the upcoming smartphone.
The renders show that the Moto G Stylus 5G features a punch-hole screen. Its right edge has a volume rocker and a power key. The device will come equipped with a stylus. Being a mid-range phone, its stylus will not be as intuitive as Samsung’s S Pen.
The rear panel of the Moto G Stylus 5G has curved edges. It features a 48-megapixel quad-camera system as well as an LED flash and a Motorola logo, which appears to double up as a fingerprint scanner. The design of the camera unit is different from its 4G variant.
The top edge of Moto G Stylus 5G appears to be barren. Its bottom features a 3.5mm audio jack, a USB-C port, a microphone, a speaker grille, and a stylus compartment. The tipster revealed that the handset is heading to the U.S., and it will come with built-in storage of 256 GB. The other specs of the smartphone are under wraps.
