Chinese brand Infinix is known for launching aggressively priced mid-range phones in markets like Africa, India, Pakistan, and so on. Fresh information reveals that the company could be working on a flagship handset called the Infinix Zero X. A few pieces of key information about the handset have appeared today to reveal what to expect from it.
Yesterday, Infinix India teased a new smartphone that will carry support for 160W fast charging. While some other Chinese brands are expected to launch 160W fast charging supported phones in the second half of the year, Infinix may become the first brand to launch a phone with the blazing-fast charging solution.
Today, Infinix Pakistan revealed that an upcoming phone will carry support for 50W wireless charging technology. Leaked information that is now doing rounds on social platforms suggests that the mysterious Infinix phone with 160W wired charging and 50W wireless charging may debut in the market as the Infinix Zero X.
The Zero X is likely to succeed the Zero 8 handset, which debuted last year. The device is speculated to feature a 108-megapixel primary camera. However, the other details of the phone are under wraps.
The renders of the Zero X show that it has a large-sized OLED panel with curved edges and a punch-hole design. The Zero X seems to be equipped with an in-screen fingerprint scanner for security. The rear panel of the phone has a quad-camera system, which is said to include an ultrawide lens, a periscope zoom lens, and an unknown fourth camera. A large-sized “Now” branding can also be seen on the rear shell of the device.
