Vivo X60t Pro+ debuts with Snapdragon 888 & 50MP Quad-camera system

Vivo has officially unveiled a new flagship model in the Chinese market dubbed as the Vivo X60t Pro+. Despite bearing a new moniker, this device is essentially the same phone as the Vivo X60 Pro+, amidst some differences in their camera department.

The Vivo X60t Pro+ sports a 6.56-inches AMOLED display which offers a FHD+ screen resolution topped with 120Hz screen refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. On top of that, it also carries support for HDR10+ contents as well as an in-display fingerprint scanner.

At the back, we’ll be greeted by a huge rectangular camera housing which is home to a powerful quad-camera system headlined by the latest 1/1.3” 50 megapixels (f/1.57 aperture) Samsung GN1 primary shooter.

Next, there’s also a 48 megapixels Sony IMX598 (f/2.2 aperture) ultra-wide sensor that offers 114-degree FoV. This sensor is integrated with an upgraded Gimbal stabilization system which helps to ensure a stable footage while recording video.

As for the other two cameras, they also include a 12 megapixels (f/1.98 aperture) portrait camera that comes with a 50mm focal length, as well as an 8 megapixels (f/3.4 aperture) periscope camera capable of delivering up to 5x optical zoom and 60x digital zoom.

Under the hood, the Vivo X60t Pro+ is powered by the Snapdragon 888 mobile platform which will be paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 flash storage in the memory department.

To keep its lights on, the device is fitted with a 4,200mAh battery equipped with 55W flash charging support. On the software-side, the Vivo X60 Pro+ boots on the new OriginOS 1.0 based on Android 11.

In the Chinese market, the Vivo X60t Pro+ is priced at 4,999 Yuan (US$774) and 5,999 Yuan (US$929) respectively for it’s 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB variants.
