After launching the Honor Magic4 series smartphones in the global market, Honor is now reportedly launching a much more affordable Magic4 series smartphone known as the Magic4 Lite according to a latest leak that brings along several official-looking renders of the phone.
From the renders, it’s clear that the upcoming Honor Magic4 Lite would be coming with a rather similar design as the rest of the Honor Magic4 series devices. Therefore, what really sets the phone apart from it’s counterparts lies predominantly in it’s underlying specs.
Leaked details had revealed that the Honor Magic4 Lite would arrive with a 6.81” LCD display instead of the more expensive OLED panels that were used on the Magic4 and 4 Pro. In terms of specifics, it’s expected to feature a FHD+ screen resolution topped with a super smooth 120Hz refresh rate.
In the imaging department, there’s nothing as fancy as what we saw on the existing models. It will settle with a modest triple-cam setup lead by a 48 megapixels main camera along with a pair of 2 megapixels cameras for macro and depth information.
Under the hood, the phone is likely to be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 695 chipset which was also used in quite a number of recent phones such as the POCO X4 Pro (Review). This will be paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage which apparently doesn’t supports microSD card for storage expansion.
To keep it’s lights on, the phone is also expected to feature a respectable 4,800mAh battery with 40W fast-charging support. Those who’re interested will be able to pick the phone from three different colors including Black, Blue and Silver. As for pricing, the phone is likely to priced below 300 Euros in the European markets.
