Honor will unveil the Honor X40 on Sept. 15 in China. Ahead of the launch, the company has confirmed that it will also unveil the new X-series and V-series MagicBooks and a new tablet along with the X40. At the same time, the Honor X40 renders have appeared to showcase its design.
The Honor X40 5G is expected to arrive as a mid-range device. But its renders show that it has a punch-hole screen with curved edges, which is more common on high-end or flagship phones.
There is a unique round-shaped camera module on the Honor X40 5G’s back. It houses dual cameras and an LED flash. The right edge of the phone has a volume rocker and a power button. The Honor branding can be seen towards the bottom of the X40. Unfortunately, tipster Digital Chat Station, who shared the above images, did not leak any information on its specifications.
However, the tipster previously claimed that the Honor X4 will have a 6.8-inch OLED panel with 800 nits of brightness and a DCI-P3 color gamut of 100 percent. Hopefully, more details about the X40 will appear in the next few days before launch.
As seen in the above poster, the Sept. 15 launch event will see the arrival of the Honor MagicBook V14 2022, an X-series MagicBook, and the Honor Tab X8.
