After launching the Honor X8 5G smartphone back in July this year, Honor is now back with a more affordable X series smartphone dubbed as the Honor X6 in the global market. The new Honor X6 builds around a 6.5” TFT LCD display with HD+ screen resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, as well as a 5 megapixels front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
For photography, it comes with a trio of cameras at the back which will be lead by a 50 megapixels main camera that’s accompanied by a pair of 2 megapixels macro and depth sensing units, as well as a LED flash.
Under the hood, the Honor X6 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 chipset which will be paired with 4GB RAM as well as an option between 64GB and 128GB onboard storage. As usual, the storage capacity can be further expanded via a microSD card.
Keeping it’s lights on is a respectable 5,000mAh battery which tops at 10W charging speed via a USB-C port. Software-wise, it’ll be shipped with Magic UI 6.1 based on Android 12 OS out of the box.
Those who’re interested can pick the phone from three different colorways such as Ocean Blue, Titanium Silver and Midnight Black. As for the pricing and availability of the Honor X6, it’s expected to be announced at a later day.
