Vivo has officially announced a new entry-level smartphone known as the Vivo Y02A in the global market. Despite sporting a new moniker, the new Y02A is basically a rebranded model of the Y11 smartphone which was recently unveiled in the Chinese market.
The new Vivo Y02A features a 6.51” LCD display sporting a HD+ screen resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, as well as a 5 megapixels front-facing camera to help with selfies and video calls. Speaking of photography, the phone also has an 8 megapixels rear-facing camera housed within a circular camera island along with a LED flash.
Under the hood, the Vivo Y02A is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 chipset which will be paired with up to 3GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage which can be expanded via a microSD card. To keep it’s lights on, the phone also features a respectable 5,000mAh battery with 10W wired charging support.
Those who’re interested can pick the phone from two different colors such as Cosmic Grey and Orchid Blue. Pricing for the Vivo Y02A starts from just 12,499 BDT ($117) for the4 3GB+32GB trim in the Bangladeshi market.
