Vivo and its sub-brand, iQOO, are expected to have a busy schedule in November. These brands are expected to unveil the Vivo X100 series and the iQOO 12 lineup. A new leak, courtesy of a reliable Chinese tipster, has revealed the launch dates of these devices.
Qualcomm is expected to unveil the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip in the coming week. It is being said that the SD8G3 will be first seen on the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro, which are rumored to launch on Oct. 27 in China. It can be said based on the new leak that the iQOO 12 series will debut with the SD8G3 chip onboard.
As per the new leak, MediaTek will unveil the Dimensity 9300 chip on Nov. 6. On the very next day (Nov. 7), iQOO will announce the iQOO 12 and 12 Pro flagship phones. As it was previously reported, it appears that the Xiaomi 14 series and the iQOO 12 lineup will be available for purchase for the upcoming Nov. 11 (Double Eleven) shopping festival in China.
The leak further hints that the Vivo X100 series will launch either on Nov. 13, 14, or 15. The lineup will include two models, such as the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro. These devices are said to feature the Dimensity 9300 SoC.
Last year, the Vivo X90 Pro+ debuted as one of the first phones featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. This time around, the company is said to be delaying the launch of its successor, the Vivo X100 Pro+. As per other reports, the X100 Pro+ will be announced in the first quarter of 2024.
