Back in March this year, Meizu introduced the Meizu 20 and Meizu 20 Pro flagship smartphones powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor in China. Today, the company shared a new poster, confirming that it has something to announce regarding the Meizu 20 tomorrow, Oct. 19, in the domestic market.
Meizu has released a poster featuring a prominent ‘N’ and announced its plans to reveal the Meizu 20 classic design tomorrow. At the same time, there has been a leaked brochure circulating on Weibo regarding the Meizu 20 Classic.
It reveals that the Meizu 20 Classic will come in two configurations, such as 16 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. The device will be made available in shades such as white, green, and grey.
A look at the leaked document reveals that the Meizu 20 Classic does not have the usual Meizu logo. Instead, it features the large āNā logo, which can be seen in the teaser.
The Meizu 20 Classic appears to be some sort of special version of the regular Meizu 20. To recall, the device features a 6.55-inch OLED panel that offers a Full HD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. The device runs on Flyme 10-based Android 13.
Under the hood, the Meizu 20 has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, up to 12 GB of LPDDR5x, and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. It will house a 4,700mAh battery with 67W wired charging support. The device has a 32-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 16-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 5-megapixel triple camera unit.
