Realme 12+ 5G specifications emerge via TENAA certification

Realme is gearing up to launch the Realme 12+ 5G smartphone in multiple markets. According to reports, the global edition of the device has the RMX3867 model number, while its Chinese variant may bear the RMX3866 model number. The RMX3866 was recently approved by China’s 3C authority, and it has now received approval from the TENAA regulatory body. Here is a look at the specifications that have surfaced through the TENAA listing.

As per the TENAA listing, the Realme 12+ 5G will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel that offers an FHD+ resolution and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. There is a possibility that it may support a 120Hz refresh rate, similar to the 12 Pro series.

The device is equipped with a 2.6GHz octa-core processor, up to 16 GB of RAM, and up to 1 TB of storage. A microSD card slot is onboard for additional storage. It is likely that the device may ship with the Realme UI 5-based Android 14.

The Realme 12+ 5G will boast a 16-megapixel camera on the front. The back panel of the device features a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro/depth sensor. The device has a thickness of 7.87mm and weighs 190 grams.

The Realme 12+ 5G is expected to launch alongside the Realme 12 Pro and 12 Pro+ in China this month. It is likely that the device may release in global markets in the next few weeks. Currently, there is no information available regarding the price of the device.
