Lava has been teasing the arrival of a new Blaze-series phone in India. Today, the brand officially confirmed that the Blaze Curve 5G will be announced at 12 pm (local time) on March 5 in India.
Lava Blaze Curve 5G specifications: What’s known so far
Lava is yet to confirm the key specifications of the Blaze Curve 5G. However, it seems the official teasers suggest that the device will have a curved-edge design on the front and rear sides. It is speculated that the deice will be priced between Rs 16,000 ($193) and Rs 19,000 ($229) in the country.
Rumors surrounding the device claim that it could be equipped with a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel that may offer a 120Hz refresh rate and an FHD+ resolution. For security, it may feature an in-screen fingerprint scanner. Like other Lava phones, the device is expected to arrive with a near-stock version of Android 14.
Under the hood, the Lava Blaze Curve 5G is expected to feature the Dimensity 7050 chipset. It may arrive in two UFS 3.1 variants, such as 128 GB and 256 GB. Both models are likely to arrive with 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM.
The rear camera setup of the Lava Blaze Curve 5G is expected to feature a 64-megapixel primary camera. However, there is no information available about the other cameras that are available on the device. Hopefully, the upcoming reports will reveal more details about the device.
