Last month, Honor announced the Honor 200 and 200 Pro smartphones in the Chinese market. There have been reports saying that the brand is working on new foldables for the Chinese market. While the Magic V3 foldable phone is expected to go official in July, its first flip-style foldable display phone has been expected to launch earlier. Today, the brand confirmed that the Magic V Flip, a flip-style foldable smartphone will launch on June 13 in China.
Honor is currently receiving reservations for the Honor Magic V Flip through platforms like JD.com, Tmall, and Honor Mall. These listings have confirmed that the device will be sold in three configurations, such as 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB. These three variants will have 12 GB of RAM.
The Magic V Flip will arrive in three color options, such as Iris Black, Champagne Gold, and Camellia White. A careful look at the official images shows that the device has a dual-camera setup placed on a huge cover display. Interestingly, the LED flash for the camera is placed in the bottom half of the device.

The Magic V Flip seems to be fitted with a side-facing fingerprint sensor. The bottom side of the phone has a SIM slot, a USB-C port, and a speaker.
Reports claimed that it has an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.9 aperture. It may arrive with a 4,800mAh battery with 66W rapid charging support.
