HMD has recently launched the Crest and Crest Max smartphones. The brand recently confirmed that it will be launching the Barbie Phone on Aug. 28 globally, Ahead of the launch, the device bearing the TA-1681 model number has appeared in the database of China’s TENAA certification platform. Apart from the key specifications, the listing has revealed the design of the device.

The images and specifications of the HMD Barbie Phone that have emerged through its TENAA certification reveal that it will be an entry-level offering.
The pink-colored Barbie Phone is a flip-style phone featuring two displays, one on the inside and the other on the outside. The internal screen is 2.8 inches and supports 240 x 320 pixels resolution. On the other hand, the exterior display measures 1.77 inches and supports 128 x 160 pixels. On the back, there is a single camera with an LED flash.

Powered by a 1.0GHz chipset, the Barbie Phone has 64 MB of RAM and 128 MB of storage. For more storage, it has a microSD card slot. A 1,450mAh battery powers the device, reportedly capable of 5W charging.
When it comes to connectivity, the Barbie Phone supports 4G LTE and Bluetooth connectivity. In terms of dimensions, it measures 108 x 55 x 18.9mm and weighs 123 grams.
