Recent reports have revealed that the upcoming Vivo X200 series lineup will comprise three devices, such as the Vivo X200 Mini, Vivo X200, and Vivo X200 Pro. In the latest leak, tipster Digital Chat Station has shared details about the primary and periscope telephoto cameras of the X200 Pro.
Vivo X200 Pro camera specifications (rumored)
The leak suggests that the Vivo X200 Pro’s rear camera setup will be headlined by a new 50-megapixel Sony camera built with a 22nm node. This will replace the 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 primary camera, which was made available on the X100 Pro last year.
The primary camera will have a 1/1.28-inch sensor size and an f/1.57 aperture. It will be accompanied by a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with a 1/1.4-inch sensor size and an f/2.67 aperture.
The tipster did not say anything about the ultra-wide lens of the X200 Pro. Most likely, the device may inherit the same 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, which was made available on the 100 Pro.
Under the hood, the Vivo X200 Pro is expected to feature the Dimensity 9400 chipset. In terms of the display, it is expected to feature a 6.78-inch curved-edge OLED screen with a micro-curvature design on all four sides. It is expected to offer a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.
The device will reportedly pack a massive 6,000mAh battery. It is expected to retain the 50W wireless charging support from its predecessor. At present, there is no concrete information available about the wired charging capabilities of the device.
