After weeks of leaks, Vivo has finally confirmed today that it will unveil the Vivo Y300 Pro 5G at 7pm (local time) on Sept. 5 in China. The device will arrive as a successor to the Vivo Y200 Pro, which debuted last year in the home market. Jia Jingdong, Vivo’s Vice President of vivo Brand and General Manager of Brand and Product Strategy, rolled out the following posters, as well as confirmed the key specifications of the Y300 Pro.

The above images show that the Vivo Y300 Pro 5G is equipped with a micro-quad-curved OLED display with a centrally positioned punch-hole. On the back, it has a round camera module, which seems to house a dual-camera setup, an LED flash, and a flicker sensor.
Vivo Y300 Pro 5G key specifications
The Vivo Y300 Pro 5G is officially confirmed to feature a 6.77-inch OLED panel that offers a peak brightness of 5,000 nits. Under the hood, it will pack a massive 6,500mAh battery, which will support 80W fast charging.
Despite housing a huge battery, the device will maintain a thin profile of 7.69mm. The device is SGS-certified for drop resistance, fully dustproof, and waterproof. Although it hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, it may have an IP rating. It will be available in four shades, such as Titanium, Gold Inlaid Jade, Mutton Fat White, and Black Jade Black.
For photography, the Vivo Y300 Pro 5G will have a 50-megapixel primary camera on the back and a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. Reports have claimed that the Vivo V2410A, which has recently appeared in the databases of China’s 3C certification and Geekbench, is the upcoming Y300 Pro. The Geekbench listing of the device revealed that it may ship with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip, 12 GB of RAM, and Android 14.
