Infinixrecently unveiled the Infinix Zero 40 4G and its 5G variants for the global market, and now the brand is planning to launch a new phone. As shown in the image below, the brand’s next phone is the Infinix Zero Flip. It will be the company’s first-ever attempt at launching a clamshell-style phone with a foldable screen.
The above teaser showcases the Infinix Zero Flip’s hinge, and it also suggests that it will be available in a black variant. It seems that the brand will release a few more teasers before making it official. It is likely that the Zero Flip may go official before the end of this month.
A Pakistani retailer named Chugtai Mobile released the image below last month, revealing a few more details about the Zero Flip. The device will be available in black and pink shades. It will have a 3.64-inch OLED cover display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The external screen will have a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass for protection.
The Infinix Zero Flip’s rear and front cameras will support 4K recording for vlogging. Additionally, the phone will support Go Pro features similar to those found in the Zero 40 series. In addition, the “zero-gap hinge” will make sure the display offers a minimal crease experience.
According to reports, the Infinix Zero Flip will have a Dimensity 8020 chipset, 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage, and a 4,720mAh battery with 70W rapid charging. The phone is expected to run on Android 14 with a layer of XOS on top. The rest of the specifications of the phone are under wraps.
