Vivo is expected to unveil the Vivo X200 smartphone on Oct. 14 in China. Ahead of the launch, the company is busy revealing the key features of the series. Recently, the company shared some details about the Vivo X200 Pro Mini, and now the brand has released camera samples of the standard X200 to showcase its photography capabilities.
Vivo X200 camera samples
The Vivo X200 camera samples released by Han Boxiao who is Vivo’s Product Manager in China, show that it can capture both distant and close-up shots with top-notch clarity. However, he did not share any information about the camera specifications of the device.
Reports suggest that the Vivo X200 may come with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary camera that supports OIS. A 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel LYT-600 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom are likely to accompany the primary camera.
Apart from the camera samples, Boxiao also released another image that showcases the front design of the X200 alongside the X100 (on the left). The X200 can be flaunting a micro-quad-curved screen with a centred punch-hole. The bezels are very thin and promise a high screen-to-body ratio.
The edges of the Vivo X200 are flat. The left spine, which is visible in the image, is barren. Likely, the right side of the phone features a volume rocker and a power button.
As per reports, the Vivo X200 will have a 6.7-inch OLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will feature the Dimensity 9400 chipset, 16 GB of RAM, 1 TB of storage, and a 5,700mAh battery with 80W rapid charging. It is expected to ship with OriginOS 5-based Android 15.
