According to reports, iQOO will announce the iQOO 13 5G by the end of this month in China. At the Vivo Developer Conference, the company showcased the iQOO 13, providing a first look at its design. Additionally, a source has confirmed the front camera configuration of the device.

The first look at the iQOO 13’s front design reveals that it is equipped with the BOE Q1 screen, which features a flat design to facilitate gaming. Compared to the previous generation, the iQOO 13’s screen will offer a 12.5 percent increase in global peak brightness, a 50 percent reduction in color cast, a 33 percent increase in lifespan, a 15 percent reduction in smearing, and a 10 percent reduction in power consumption.
According to a reliable source, the iQOO 13 will feature a new 32-megapixel selfie camera with support for 4K 60fps video recording. This is a welcome change, as iQOO has been offering a 16-megapixel selfie snapper on its flagship phones for quite some time. As can be seen in the second image, the iQOO 13 will come run on OriginOS 5, which will most likely be overlaid on Android 15.
Reports claim that the iQOO 13 will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It is expected to ship with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. it may pack a 6,100mAh battery and support 100W wired charging.
The device is expected to feature a metal middle frame and an IP68-rated chassis. Additionally, it will come with features like an IR blaster, an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint dual speakers, and a USB-C 3.0 port.
