OnePlus is expected to unveil the OnePlus 13 in China soon. Several reports have claimed that this time around OnePlus will offer the smartphone with an updated rear design. Ahead of the launch, well-known tipster Digital Chat Station has shared a leaked render of the OnePlus 13 to give the first look at its revised rear design.
OnePlus 13 appears in black and white variants
The leaked render shows that the OnePlus 13 continues to feature a round camera module like its predecessor. However, the camera island is not fused with the edge of the device.
There is a decorative metal strip running towards the right of the camera module. It houses a triple camera setup and an LED flash. The Hasselblad logo is now repositioned to the extreme right of the metal strip. The other image that is now doing rounds on social media platforms in China showcases the white variant of the OP13 along with the Find X8.
According to reports, the OnePlus 13 will have a BOE X2 6.82-inch OLED panel with a micro-quad-curved design on the front. The screen is expected to offer a 2K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint sensor.
For photography, the device is expected to feature a 50-megapixel LYT-808 primary camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel LYT-600 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. For selfies, it may feature a 32-megapixel front camera.
In Chian, the device will come preloaded with ColorOS 15-based Android. It is expected to offer other features, such as Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, up to 24 GB of LPDDR5x RAM, up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage, and a 6,000mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. It is expected to cost 500 Yuan (~$70) more than its predecessor.
