Oppo will unveil the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro this Thursday in China. It appears that the brand may shift its focus to the Reno 13 series, which may break cover before the end of this year. Leaker Digital Chat Station has been consistently releasing details about the Reno 13 Pro.
According to DCS, the engineering prototype of the Reno 13 Pro features a 6.78-inch OLED panel with a micro-quad-curved design. The 8T LTPO panel will offer a 1.5K resolution of 2780 x 1264 pixels and possibly a 120Hz refresh rate. With equal-sized bezels on all four sides, it is expected to offer a superior viewing experience.
Regarding the build, the tipster previously revealed that the Reno 13 Pro will feature a metal middle frame. The latest leak reveals that the device will offer high-level dust and water resistance.
The battery size of the Reno 13 Pro is not known yet. However, reports suggest that the device supports both 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. A previous leak from the same source revealed that the device will support magnetic wireless charging.
Under the hood, the Reno 13 Pro is expected to feature the Dimensity 9300 chip. Its rear camera setup is expected to include a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. It is also said to support underwater photography. Most likely, it will come preloaded with ColorOS 15 and Android 15.
