Redmi K80 Pro / Poco F7 Ultra camera specifications tipped well before launch

Rumors are rife that Redmi will announce the Redmi K80 and K80 Pro smartphones in November of this year in China. These devices are expected to get rebranded as the Poco F7 series models in the global market. While the K80 is likely to be dubbed the Poco F7 Pro globally. A new leak, courtesy of XiaomiTime, has leaked the camera specifications of the Redmi K80 Pro / Poco F7 Ultra.

According to the publication, the Redmi K80 Pro will come with a 20-megapixel OV208B40 OmniVision front-facing camera. The rear-facing triple camera setup will have a 50-megapixel OmniVision OVX8000 primary camera.

The main camera will be paired with a 32-megapixel Samsung S5KKD1 ultra-wide snapper and a 50-megapixel Samsung S5KJN5 telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

The Redmi K80 Pro is expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Other reports surrounding the phone have claimed that it will come equipped with a 2K OLED panel with a flat design. It is expected to feature an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint scanner.

Some reports have claimed that it will feature a 6,000mAh battery with 100W wired charging support. The handset is also expected to support wireless charging. It may arrive with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Like the Xiaomi 15 series, the K80 Pro is expected to ship with the HyperOS 2.0-based Android 15.

The Redmi K80 Pro is expected to face competition from the Dimensity 9400-powered iQOO Neo 10 Pro, which is expected to debut in November in China. Additionally, phones like the Realme GT Neo 7 and OnePlus Ace 5 are also expected to rival the K80 Pro.
