The Vivo Y300 5G is slated to go official on Dec. 16 in China. It is expected to offer a top-notch audio experience, as it is said to feature a triple speaker system. A recent Weibo post by WHYLAB has revealed almost everything about the phone, including its real-life images. Here is a look at what the Y300 offers for the Chinese market.

The Vivo Y300 5G will have a 6.77-inch OLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 1300nits, 3840Hz PWM dimming support, 8-bit colors, and an in-screen fingerprint sensor. The display will have a layer of Diamond Shield glass for protection. For durability, the device will have an IP64 rating with a thickness of around 7.85mm. The handset is said to weigh around 199.9 grams.
The Y300 5G will come preinstalled with OriginOS 5. It will draw power from the Dimensity 6300 chipset and a 6,500mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. It will be available in multiple LPDDR4x RAM and storage options, such as 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB.
For photography, the device will have a 50-megapixel (OmniVision OV08D10) + 2-megapixel dual-camera system and an 8-megapixel front camera. For audiophiles, the device will be fitted with AAC 1326D rear-facing speakers, AAC 1116B lower speakers, and Goertek 0809 upper speakers.
The Y300 will support Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity. It will be available in green, white, and black shades. It is likely to cost to around 1,000 Yuan ($139) in China.
