Honor unveiled the Honor 300, 300 Pro, and 300 Ultra smartphones in December 2024 in China, following the launch of the Honor 200 series in the first half of 2024. Building on this rapid release schedule, the brand is expected to introduce the Honor 400 series in the first half of 2025. A new leak has surfaced, offering a glimpse into the upcoming 400 series, with details about its battery and build quality.

According to the leak, the Honor is set to adopt a larger battery strategy for its 2025 models. To be specific, the upcoming Honor 400 series is said to feature batteries exceeding 7,000mAh, providing significant improvements in battery life. Additionally, the devices will sport a metal frame, hinting at an upscale build quality compared to previous models.

While there is no other information available about the Honor 400 series, it can be speculated that the lineup may consist of multiple models, including a standard variant, Pro, and Ultra versions, similar to the Honor 300 series. While the specific release date remains unconfirmed, it is expected that the Honor 400 series will be announced in May 2025.

Further speculations suggest that the higher-end models, such as the Honor 400 Pro and Ultra, could be powered by the forthcoming Snapdragon 8s Elite chipset, which is said to arrive with a configuration of cores ranging from 2.02GHz to 3.21GHz, supported by the Adreno 825 GPU. If true, this would position the Honor 400 series as a strong competitor in the high-end smartphone market for 2025.
